Pre Season Prep Sessions will focus on:
2 hour morning sessions (Conditioning and Core Skills Development)
Functional movement and mobility,
Athletic Development (Speed/Agility/Coordination)
Rugby Specific Conditioning.
Specific Skill development through Game & Skill zones
Players will have some 1:1 coaching

11:30 End
We will follow up to confirm details of player attending camp.
9.30am-11.30am -2 hour morning sessions (Conditioning and Core Skills Development)
We are also offering a top up, as our rugby camp is running on the Wednesday and Thursday.
Attend the Pre season session in the morning and top up to stay for the afternoon at the rugby camp.
